Tourist Trophy/ツーリスト・トロフィー was officially announced at the 2005 Tokyo Game Show on the 9th of September, confirming the existence of a Gran Turismo type title with motorbikes. Developed by Polyphony Digital Inc. and under wraps since 2003, utilising existing Gran Turismo 4 track models and technical research to deliver a title promising over 100 licensed motorcycles and 35 international courses including Nürburgring Nordschleife, Laguna Seca Raceway, Suzuka and more.
